You are nipping the bleed nipple up before you release the lever right? If not do and if you are then you must have a leak somewhere. You have a pipe fitted to the nipple yes? this pipe is submerged in a bottle with brake fluid in it yes?? The nipple must be nipped up before the fluid starts to flow back into the caliper. I did mine with no problems....also keep the MC topped up but not too high. Tip... wrap a rag around the MC to catch any spillage.

Yes, pretty much doing all that, holding lever in and waiting until no more liquid / air bubbles come out, nipping it back up and then releasing lever.
might try pressure bleeding, but forcing it in through the nipple and into the MC and see how it goes.
Have heard a few had issue bleeding these clutches

Also make sure the pipe to nipple is not leaking air back into the system. I generally dont wait till the fluid stops coming out as this ensures that even with a leaky joint at the pipe/nipple it will make no difference.

The top banjo can hold a little bit of air , start there till you can crack it without bubbles
