Some people get locked out of the forum after forgetting their password and trying to use the forgotten password button.
They don't get the email to reset their password.
This is usually because they are using a Gmail , Live account or similar which have spam filters.
You need to look in the spam/junk folders thoroughly and you will usually find the reset password email there.
