Hi Kev,

I purchased my K8 Busa from my best mate with Akropovic carbon cans on same. He had previously run Micron until spilling off the sidestand to discover they were no longer made. The key to the Akropovics is to have the ECU flashtuned to suit the performance mufflers on a dyno. This can be done on Gen2 Busas without any need for a Power Commander, and transformed the fuelling, particularly down low in the rev range, which was quite suspect. They sound mega also, with a distinctive note which is not overly loud. The full system gains even more power as a mate of ours discovered with trackdaying same, but also required flashtuning to get the fuelling and performance sorted properly. Hope this helps.
