Hump mod - BEAR - 13-10-2005

Bought the kit from the states. Arrived within a week, took a few minutes to fit the parts (rubber strips not done yet) and ......it fitted and worked perfectly.

Ha-ha, I will pass it on to her. She will be happy to know. Thanks. :))

Re: Hump mod - BEAR - 18-10-2005

Well, I fitted the strips now, and I guess they were just a hsade less than perfect! Lots of cutting and unless the nylon base is really clean they sometimes don't stick properly.
So, I think I might eventually try and cut a sheet into pie shapes and redo it.
Doesn't detract from what I said though, a very good kit that actually works straight out of the packet!

BEAR, thanks for the feedback. I probably should include in instructions that the surface has to be wiped with the alcohol prior to putting the tape on.

Re: Hump mod - BEAR - 19-10-2005

I washed it, but obviously not well enough. No big deal really, like I said the kit is value for money. It takes all of a few minutes to do.

I noticed. Very nice product! But, comes with a price tag.

By the looks of it, the craftsmanship should be of high quality.
