We're told helmets have a shelf life of 5 years aren't we?
Just like you have to replace it after it's been dropped 3 inches!

I've got a 10-year-old Arai that has been dropped off of a stack of chairs or blown off my bike seat in strong winds, but I'd chuck it on if I was desparate. Pi_thumbsup

I would have to say even though the new shoei fits great I don't find it any better than a lot of cheaper lids I have owned . Still has as much wind noise as my old hjc and still lifts when playing .

oh yeah that reminds me one front vent flew off on the first ride and the vents are not that easy to operate . Still happy but just something to check if you are considering a shoei
