Went past the cop shop at Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast yesterday and counted 4 patrol cars, 1 Hyundai paddy wagon, a 4wd and there was probably couple of unmarked ones all sitting in the car park. WTF do they need more for if the got all those sitting idle at one station ??? They are now putting cops on the buses to stop the drivers getting assaulted which is good but again...... if you dont have enough staff to man the veh's you got why buy more ???
