I've read and seen it all. Some bullshit to pay money for.

Just look at the S/C barrister that got nailed two years ago for stating it was someone else driving his car.

A police officer was recently caught speeding 60km/hr + over on his bike along Peter Brock Drive in Homebush Sydney and he was lynched bigtime. Very Hard to get off these days. Its on the net and I have posted it here.

Here are some of the tips, some work and some don't.

1. Make no admissions to the actual speed when spoken to by police, don't argue and don't be a smartass. Very important as the attitude test is being judged here by the officer.

2. Check the ticket to make sure dates and times are correct, if not you have a case, you could of been at work on the wrong date in the ticket.

3. Check if the police car has a radar or a speedo measured reading from a General Duties car, then question the speedo reading as manufacturers have a lower speed reading by about 5% or more, yes even Hayabusas! Radars cant really be used in court!!!

4. Get a solicitor to court $700 a day, don't defend it yourself.

5. Your driving record , if it is good it can used as a good character reference. If it isn't, then it is going to work against you bigtime.

6. Are there more witnesses' on your side than police, that can vouch for you that you didn't speed.

7. Did the officer lose you from his sight and how long.......

8. It wasn't you , your bike was stolen and you came home to find it missing, but you are required to supply a statement in relation to this to police. Hmmm.

9. There were other bikes that overtook you, are they sure it was you that was speeding when they lost you out of their sight.

10. Don't offer bribes, Australia is the wrong country to do it in.

11. At the scene you can tell the officer your dilemma if you decide to admit to speeding, that you have a wife and kids, need your licence for work and need to support them, you did a stupid thing, they can if they want, hand out fines for the speed limit infringement under the one you got detected for and you can keep your licence. But hard to tell a highway officer who is almost straight out of school with no life experience and wants to brag about how they caught the big fish doing the warp speed.

12. Don't offer sexual favours.

13. Don't say that your speedo is out for whatever reason, it can lead to a defect notice along with the fine.

14. If you are a male, get a sex change , get blonde hair and big titties, look like a diva. I have seen maggies let offenders off for this and other more prepared offending drivers get their licenses taken off them for similar offences. No I don't think so either.

15. Tips like modify your driving behaviour, use a Sat Nav with camera detection spots, hidden radar detectors, radar jammers (in some states) wrapping foil on your radiator fan are some others.

16. Use the speeding guinea pig in front of you as a shield.

17. Get knowledge of the area you are planning to ride. Don't speed in foreign areas, Hayabusa Bash 2013?

18. Speed cameras, it was someone else or you paid for the points off someone elses licence, but the ticket has to be a signed stat dec. and if you get caught out... These are hard to fight.

19. Get a bike that's no so powerful, like a Kawasaki or something.

20. Character/traffic offender references, not that good anymore when you have a speeding record.

21. Pay attention and slow down when oncoming drivers flash you with their lights.

22. Use laser plated licence plate covers at your own risk, big fines here if your caught.

23. Some areas are hotspots for highway patrol, especially on weekends. The Old Pacific................Don't speed, simple.

24. Red mist, don't chase the pack on straights at warp speeds that leave you behind when you cant keep on corners. IMPORTANT.

25. Use a video camera, Go pro partially aimed at the speedo to prove you are innocent if you didn't do the alleged speed. Hmmm, could also work against you.

26. Angle your plate so it cant be seen, until you get caught one day and pay a fine for it and get a defect down the track. Hmmm.

There are also other ways to attempt avoid a speeding fine if you want that are legal and illegal, however if you plan on speeding wherever, you will more than likely get caught sooner or later. Some excuses can work and some will not. I doubt there is a sportsbike rider that hasn't lost points or licences or will.

Please send your money , or half of what they are asking for this shit for this info. You get caught speeding legitimately, its hard to get out of.

I paid the money for that info, however, it didn't help, however, it inspired me to fight, take it to court & I won. After I left the court, sat down outside & the copper came out, "Next time I'll get my engineering department! " ---- "Next time you can get the King Of England mate, not guilty, see ya".
You've gota watch that pulse Doppler radar reflector error.

A few months later, my brother got busted by a laser wielding bacon.
Must have been the Sir name. My brother went to court because they didn't have the road signs posted correctly, but they sent all their engineering department. "What, your not disputing the validity of the speed reading ???" ---- "No, only how the road signs are posted".
Now that would have cost the 4 x over the legal blood alcohol limit convicted drunk driver living in the lodge Australian Labor Government a few bob.

They reckon these work pretty good & will even work through a Busa Fairing & may save you some money

Going to court is a right pain in the ar*e, & you are probably better off loosing your license for 3 months, having a 3 month overseas holiday where they'll loose more revenue than your fine.

DON'T GET CAUGHT !
