Ballarat Swap Meet Raided
#1
Who said we're not living in a victorian police state ?????

I cruised up to the Ballarat swap meet on Friday . Got there to be surrounded by coppers, sheriffs, money sniffing dogs, neanderthal security & a cast of thousands. They were going through the joint with their new unregistered vehicle identifier kit & looking for fine defaulters as well..............bigger than ben hur LOL !
They've always got unlimited resources for this shit, but bugger all if you're getting done over at home, stabbed in the street etc.

Anyway I must have passed muster on all counts.......(I rode home) .........unlike some other dudes who had their mechanical steeds "CLAMPED" by the sherriff & his merry men for various infractions.

But to top it all off, the lousy money grubbing bastards grabbed one joker because he had his junk for sale in old plastic milk crates. They took a particularly dim view of this & the "culprit" told me he was fined $110.

Apart from all this heat & harassment it was a good meet, saw some nice project material, couple of Ariel Red Hunters, Velocette, Triumphs etc etc. They must have been dreamin though, their asking prices were ridiculous.

Went to Supers on Sunday...........more coppers, radar, speed cameras, licence checks, rego checks, fine checks.............I passed muster again ! ! Must be turning into a limp dick nowadays....Very Happy.

The common people have been bent oiver and f****d up the arse like chooks since the gold rush days. Why do you think governments take firearms off and make getting them harder? So the Eureka Stockade stays in the past and we cannot threaten heavy handed governments. I'm not saying we need a civil war, that would be dark dark days for Aussie, I'm saying the governments don't want us to have the ability to take back the governing of the people for the people from the aristocratics who run this country for themselves.

Better get off the soap box or I'll be taking over Grunter's air time.Scary
