Why is it that cars with Victorian license plates are always driven (in NSW) by the mentally retarded? Seriously, every time I see a VIC plate, I steer well clear of that vehicle, because I know that the driver is going to do something incredibly stupid.
Is it that Victorians have a pathological driving disability?

I nearly died today while riding through the National Park, because some VIC-plated imbecile slammed his brakes on just after the apex of a corner, because he wanted to pull over on the side of the road!
I pulled up beside him and pointed out how his stupid driving had made the car behind him have to do an emergency stop, which meant that I, coming around a blind corner, also had to do an emergency stop, to avoid smashing into the back of that car. And what was this cretin's response? - An apology? Noooooo: he thanked me!

Hate to tell you this but the ones with vic plates they are the NSW smart ones just get there car registered in VIC , the rest of the Dumb ones pay stupid high NSW rego and green slip fees
