The baby in the family

I can now officially say I have another busa, it's been an ordeal getting it home but that's in the past.
The candy apple with flames 99 is definitely a pretty bike. Lots of bling and work done. I m really going to enjoy taking this bike to the next level
The paint work, while amazing, shows it age and is definitely a sufferer of a boy with good intent. Grazes, chips and scratches are on nearly every panel so it won't be in shows fora while. On the upside the colour scheme is fantastic and I do know a magician spray painter that can reduce the blemishes to zero...
Spent the day removing all the spikes that will stop it passing a road worthy, transferred my good seats, foot pegs from pan and mirrors from my blue/silver (called Barry).
Moved the gear indicator from top of the tree to top centre of the dash
Will have to finish of tHe under tail so that it's all weather proof. Not sure whether to keep or dump the power commander?

Will try to post pics and vid for sound. Lol.

Cheers

Sounds sweet

So far the fa,ily consists of
2001 busa AKA Barry
1999 busa AKA Flash
1993 Across AKA Agro

My wife loves naming vehicles and no matter how I say I can't ride a male all my vehicles have to have a male name. LOL. At least I got the call the newbie Flash.

Finally Flash has passed RWC... The pimple faced douche only wanted to see the decible rating stamped on each can

Now to rip it all off and return to what Flash was meant to sound like. WOOOO HOOOO

BTW poor thing ran like shit with a standard system and tuned to the Brock LOL.... Will be on the road this weekend and will be riding a full tank min.

Step 1... Put Brock single can back on
Step 2... Ride.. Ride... RIDE
Step 3... Get bike ready for Normanville.

Getting the bike ready for Normanville

Soft panniers turned up and took me all of 10 seconds to fit. They don't look that bad on the bike but I still have to glue something soft to inner sides of bags to stop rubbing off paint

3 mini spy cams have turned up to try out. They look good and initial office testing are okay, just need to test how long they last before running flat. Ordered 3 more to see if I can rotate them on longer rides

The power/USB connector turned up this week so as soon as I got a day I don't wanna ride it's off with the nose cone again to install. They included a weather shield for the male USB plug to keep this dry which is great.

While having the nose cone off I will also be adding the 20mm risers for the bars. Hopefully this will give me a better ride for the longer distances.

Will post pics of my endeavours as I crash and bash my way through them.

Forgot to mention... Have to redesign the rear storage area as the under tail has left massive open spots at the front.. I even lost the new rubber edging I brought by putting it under the seat and riding home. Was thinking using black piped board and expended foam to remodel it... Will be fun and messy...... Mmmmmm sounds like sex LOL
