I am right handed.
Your point is well taken Spamanglenn. I was only asking 9 grand for it which I honestly thought was a reasonable price for an unrestricted model in almost showroom condition. A1 will obviously want a little more than that now that it's in their possession, but I don't think all that much more.

congrats marzman nice bike and seeing you off on nepean, next time maybe a burn from the lights. enjoy your new ride.

Thanks Volvi. Generally I don't do burns off the lights as I try not to attract attention; a somewhat ironic statement given the machinery we're on.
I've since discovered more of the previous owners handywork. He's replaced the front cog with a 17 tooth and fitted and electronic speedo calibrator. I thought the thing was a bit twitchy on the throttle! In addition, he's removed the stock gear change sensor and fooled the ECU into thinking it's in 5th gear all the time, so it's always on full power and no speed restrictor; A modification I intend to change as soon as I have a few spare bob. It's bloody expensive to restore to original; besides, I like the idea of a gear indicator on the dash, but at the moment it's says fuckin' '5' all the time.

When u get used to the Gen11, throw a set of Braketech Full floaters on the front, u won't be sorry.

I've done some research and you're quite correct in recommending the Braketech units. It's something to be seriously considered, after I sort out this gear change sensor business. The last owner must have been a maniac. I would have been more than happy if this new bike had the same output as the old one. I never used all that power very often and I've never been close to 300kph anyway.
