Try Mars leather on Elizabeth Street in Melbourne. Just down from Peter Stevens.
They custom make and modify motorcycle leathers.

Thats probably where stevens gets their's done ,& then add their bit on .

You could try Tiger Angel in north melbourne. They repair and alter their own leathers, don't know if they will repair other brands leathers. I've had my leathers altered there and they did a good job.

thanks guys Tiger Angel don't do others just there own but put me on to Walkalong
$100 to replace the waist zip and repair seam stitching and they had heaps of leathers in there.
