Goes to bloodbank, comes out and finds hump chipped and scratched as well as paint on tail light cover! Looks like some A hole has mounted my girl with work boots and damaged her. Thought I'd source an alarm and have been looking thru the forum and heaps of good info but worried now if it locks up or will be a pain in the arse every time I go for a ride with the likes of flat batteries ie the triple A's. All this hassle due to some pillick! Is it worth the hassle???

My scorpion alarm with perimiter sencor is the best investment ive made mate. Its like the stand mod.....you dont think about it till its to late with these things-its just not worth the risk...

Mate if your a rider and have an alarm, then batteries arn,t an issue. I have a scorpion with a perimiter sensor and I can tell you that people keep away. I have herd my bike alarm deter people from coming near her, and its great to see stooges take a step back, then go near again, yet to get another warning. The second warning is the one that thick heads get. I have seen assholes try and lean over and i have set it off from my remote, What a laugh.
In my books, you need it, if you want to keep it!
