As usual the copper ses a car driver do the wrong thing and lets em go. I reckon the copper looked a bit wobbly as a rider too. Must be a world wide thing. They're all f*&^ing hopeless. Although I always found the coppers on mainland Europe(atleast France Germany and Belgium) pretty reasonable and capable (you know, the opposite of the Aussie ones.)
It's a week by week charade.

Have to say UK cops have given me far more warnings than tickets compared to Aussie cops for doing far worse. Dont get warned here, just a ticket seemingly. Conversational skills aren't high on the list of requirements for Australian traffic cops
