GEN 2 FOOT PEG(s)
#1
Guess what, the inevitable happened. A small down slope, which I didn't anticipate... side stand not fully extended and the bike rolled onto the left footpeg, shearing off the bit that dug in the ground first. SO, anyone out there who has blinged out their footpegs and want to unload their originals? What's the new price worth anyway?
I really only need the LEFT side, but if you want to get rid of both, let me know. Brisbane source would be handy of course...

Just unscrew the hero knob off the right peg, and voila.....matching pair again!

If the cast part of the peg (under the rubber) is broken (not the pin) then they are about $50 from Suzuki. I had to buy one when mine fell over.
If you haven't done the stand mod yet, I bet you will now.

Hi there again,
what price would you put on each of those precious peggies?
I really only need the one (left side) at the moment...though if you want to be rid of them reasonably cheapy, I'll buy both.
How about, PM me with a quote(?)
BTW have you finished your massive transformation, including CF wheels? I'll be great to see some photos of the finished work of art!
BTW what's the stand-mod? Cut and weld a plate onto it?

A Clever Fix and thanks....about that extra peace of mind when in the garage, I always put it on the rear-wheel stand and if I get the wheels in the right position, I can also check the tyre pressures easily every time before going out for a ride. A few seconds for peace of mind and convenience.
