Has anyone put gripsters on their bus?

I am thinking of getting a set of these to prevent ball to tank shenanigans when under hard breaking and I am wondering if anyone has tried them or can suggest a different product.

Hello mate, not sure if this will help but would a vinyl tank cover do the same thing?

Don't know. I would think the vinyl would be slippery too.
A mate put some ugly as fck rubber nipple sheet on his cbr1000 and reckons they're great for the grip but they were hideous.

I've got some unused techspec at home if you want to try it out. I think it's the High Fusion one.
What area of Vic are you?.

I've got TechSpec grips, they work very well as the stock tank is very slippery to grip with knees... The nipple type would be grippyer I think, but they are designed to wear out and be replaced. I liked the look of TechSpec better though myself. I've also got a magical racing tank end to that is worth every cent they charge-as are the tank pads

I had a clear hard vinyl with spikes ones. Can not remember the brand but they were excellent. However had to take them off as they tend to shread your leathers very quickly. The smoother version would be a better option

Tank bag is definitely a help to hanging on, obviously not as good these, but better than nothing, and helps prevent rubbing and scatching of the tank.
