I dont know how many of you guys bought the busa when they first came out but one of most appealing thing to me was that original color which really stands out from the rest of bikes! I reckon they should introduce that color for all 08 models! Im not a big fan of new colors introduced specially from 2002 to 2006
What you guys think
UPDATE: You horrible copper haters people haha so many negative replys gee dont be haten, since you guys hate it so much I might paint my 08 busa copper and silver and make sure to come and ride with u guys every single time

I had a copper '99...
Unless they changed the layout of the colours, I wouldnt consider that colour scheme again.
But then, I'm buying a "boring" blue - so that tells you something about my tastes. haha.

Don't be mistaken, the Copper / Silver was not the only original colour in 99. Even from the first day there were 3 options, just as there are this time around.
There was the Black and Grey, Red and Black and the advertised Copper and Silver.
The Copper / Silver was just a marketing ploy to see if a super fast bike could sell well even if it looked ugly.
(Colour is only skin deep and each to their own).

Disagree, Copper represents the very first whether one likes the color or not and might as well stay that way. Gen.II the orange/black imo looks unique enough and quite spunky I reckon. now if we'd see the copper in Gen 2, then mines a gonner lol. will be nothing unique except maybe the speedo.

I doubt very much we'll ever see the copper color scheme back, USA were hounding for it and they never did. Reckon it should remain in history as the bike that raised the benchmark to new heights (red/black too, but hey it was the copper that had all the hype and marketing as said above). Long live the King - Copper/Silver, all the rest are just copies anyway.

I'm sure that they won't make that colour mistake again.
