Hi Fellers myself, Andcad, Roo Boy, Spook & Duc13 all got together last night and have pretty much planned the trip as far as destintations and where we are planning to base ourselves.

We have decided that we will base ourselves down at Pemberton or the Karri Valley Region for the weekend, just checking out a couple of different options for accommodation.

The trip will consist of the following on each day.
Day 1 - Perth to Pemberton. ( Approx 539klm )
Day 2 - South West Run. ( Approx 554klm)
Day 3 - Pemberton back to Perth. ( Approx 472klm )
Approx 1565klm for the weekend.
For the guys that can only do Sat & Sun on Day 2 we will end up in Busselton for a period which we thought would be the place that we split up for those that need to head back to Perth or where ever.

Once I have confirmed the in and outs of the in betweens of each destination I will email people that are definately going the route that we are planning to take.

By the end of Aug early Sept we will be looking to get some sort of deposit from everyone that is going for accommodation and so on. As far as food goes lunch etc will be on the run and tea we are thinking BBQ over a few ales of some sort. Breakfast cook up before we head off each day except for maybe Monday.

People can we please POST up or email us to let us know if you are definately in as this will also determine some of the accommodation options as numbers will be a factor.

Hi all,
Also available will be 10th Anniversary Run souvenier T'Shirts.
These will consist of:
Front - Hayabusa Logo top left
Back - "10th Anniversary South West Run 2009" This will be above a larger Hayabusa Logo, though I'm thinking of having a list of all participants on the back instead.

Shirts will be either White writing on Black or Black on white.
Cost is between $20 - $25/shirt just need to know definate numbers (this will determine cost) and shirt sizes as well as color choice.
PM me if you want one, two or more.....

G'day,
Just checked the roster and I'll be off for the run. I'm at Bunbury so a rough time and place to link up somewhere down south would be good. I try to avoid Perth like the plague(no offence to the city dwellers hehe)but i see enough of the straight and boring bit of road that is polluted with revenue raiser's to travel north just to return to WA favourite playground...... Aaaaahhhhh the South West.... So many roads so little time haha

Sound good curl8rr I have a bit of an idea where you can meet up with us on the Sat. As mentioned above I will drop everyone an email of the route and you will see that it won't be that hard to catch up with us.

Have added you to the list so look forward to meeting you then if not before hand.

Hi Huls

Yes the dates are pretty much set most of the guys including myself preferred the Sat - Mon so we will be running with that and yes the poll we ran everyone was up for the accommodation. I am currently looking at some options one being the Karri Valley Resort Chalets but this will depend on numbers.

Can you send through you email address and I will put you on the Distribution list so you get all the info regarding the route and so on.

Rev, it looks like there are a couple of bikes from Bunbury (me included), should we organise to all meet at the same place?

Hi Roo Boy,
I would like to order some shirts too. I would like two 3XL shirts (one of each colour) and two 2XL shirts (one of each colour). Whats going to be the arrangement for payment so I can get the money to you.
Yeh your right it is going to be a good run. I can confirm 3 of us are coming from Kal and one still waiting to see if he get time off. The ride down and back will add another 1200 klm to our ride.

Guys so far these are the people that we believe are a definite start for the weekend in Dec.

If you are not a definite and only a maybe can you please let us know as we are trying to organise accommodation at the moment as the Pemberton / Karri Valley Region is busy that time of year so we are hoping to book the accommodation sooner rather than later.
