I went to Monaland after Allianz raised their rate by nearly 50% after 8 years taking CTP for my car and bike. All up about $6600 for no claims - money for nothing. When I sent them an email asking if this was good business, they couldn't even be bothered to reply.

Even more stupid... isn't Monaland underwritten by Allianz?!?? If they'll do CTP for my car as well, they can have my business.

Well the time is nearly here to renew the rego & CTP. Did a ring around with several of the "major" insurance companies, most of the CTP prices were around $630.00 Scary, with the exception of NRMA who were $110 cheaper if I insured the busa with them at a cost of $1099 Wtf.

Had a bit of read through this thread and gave Kev at Monaland a call. He rang back last night and quoted $430 for the CTP. When I asked him about comprehensive insurance he asked some questions and quoted about $420 to insure my busa including $1000.00 safety gear (helmet, jacket etc)

Pretty happy with this service and pricePi_thumbsup

Cheers...Brett
