maybe all this would get people in the shed more and off the keyboard.Coffee nights may come back and drag nights and other socialising may improve.With a secret vote system as proposed some may be in for a shock how quickly they get banned.what comments i see posted and what some people say in confidence are often verry different.Personally i think its bullshit.Non personal debate and shit stirrring is one thing,when it gets personal shut the thread.Keep it transparent or no one will trust it.Was this my last post?
