Who rides with high beam on?

I got a headlight modulator fitted to my high beam. I flick it on when I think appropriate. I reckon it only cost $70 and if 1 person sees me a bit earlier and doesn't pull out infront of me then it was money well spent.

Good idea, especially the brake light flasher that they also have.

and NO, I don't drive with high beam on in the day.
