As Dave said, onlyreplace the fibres unless steels are warped, they dish when over heated and the clutch will not disengauge properly, can be seen clearly if stacking the steels together, a warped one will give a gap at the edges
+1 on the inner plate and cushion from a 01-07.
Some aftermarket sets around , i prefer std but for normal street use the aftermarket may be ok.
Shayne at Cyanide racing may be able to get some for you (Abusa ) or
Rob Cassar is selling some on Ebay, under the name of Ballistic racing,
