A fuel filter for an 00 model is in the pump under the tank and is about $40 or $50.
It may cost a little bit more than that if it is the in tank fuel little pee wee filter.
I got one for my 99 Busa (X model) from Peter $tevens last November for $83.75 Part number was 44300-24F03 if it is a Y model it should be the same but double check it
If the Pump is in the tank you may have a 9/00 onwards K1 model but just guessing
