Rules For Moderators

I dont like rules at all. Generally moderators action are fair and reasonable, one moderator pisses me and many others off for the following reasons.

Inappropriate discussion on this board.
Deleting posts for no reason other than personal ones.
Arrogant attitude to any one who does not share his views.
Abusive attitude to others who do not share his views.
Holier than thou attitude
Devisive action on this forum generating a them and us attitude.

This is not a personal vendetta its my opinion of his actions and I am not alone. Im my opinion this moderator is the only reason I want transparency in moderators actions. If all actions are reported in a public log then we can all see what moderation actually happens here.

Why would anyone object to their actions being recorded and visible to the forum.

moderators are in place to keep an even flow and sometimes posts need to be deleted. sometimes people have bad days and good days.when they have a bad day they type some aweful and regrettable things.its lucky there are modertors in place to save alot of embarresment especially abusive and unfounded comments
i reckon the mods have a bloody tough job and thankless.no pay totally volunteer their time for what? to be singled out with vendettas.

also i do not get how you can be friends with people from the forum and ride together have outing and share great times then attack them from behind the keyboard?
