Yes you do, they are a standard Suzuki pin plug fastener.
You push in the centre and they pop out. Then you remove the plug.
Refixing them is simply a matter of lining up the hole properly and pushing the whole plug back in.
Behind the screws on the outside of the fairing is a rubber grommet that the screw goes through.
You will work it out once you start.
