Frame Fatigue

Gen 1 bike:
The split is approx 8-10cm long and runs through the existing eng mount weld[/font].
Had an engineer look at it an he seems to think the it is caused by fatigue more than anything else and made worse by the fact it pumps out more horsepower than standard.

James what extra power is it pumping out?

Seems that it has an expected 25 extra horses however not confirmed only had this passed on from owner and the engineer speculated that this may be a cause. I query this as I see it should be able to handle this easy. See the pic.

Ah it is a 99 model and was under the fairing, have to move forward with it. Could be worse I suppose.
