Warranty can be honoured by ANY Suxuki dealer ............. the reason they brush you off is because Suxuki only pay bare minimal rates for warranty work. So as a business it's not profitable for their mechanic to be working on your bike making $20 an hour when they can be charging out a "normal" job at $80 an hour.
Given that they made no profit from the sale of the bike it's fair in one way ......... but not what I'd call good PR.
