If ur extremely careful where and how ya park it (eg: not EVER parking on uneven or loose ground....or facing downhill....or leaving in neutral, etc, etc )....this mod isn't absolutely necessary. I think a lot of ppl do this mod for a bit of extra piece of mind, and to allow for all the above "variables"....

I Have heard of them falling over in a shed (no wind ) On dead flat concrete .Temp Ozzy's did this while he was either asleep or inside watching TV .So you can never be to sure till it's done .Gen 2 .
