I have NO system now!
But I was RIGHT into it for a decade or so.
You would tweak just like u guys do on the bikes...
I even went to the extreme of moving my system as a try into another room just to try to improve the sound because the new room was rectangle shaped!!!...Got rid of it all when I started djing (started on my 40th Bday believe it or not)
But as I've said b4 I have music throughout the house via my pc system.
It's almost always on, wakes the whole house up each morning as it is my alarm clock too!!
Most of the time when djing mobile gigs you are behind the music and therefore a bit protected..I said most of the time...
My ears are fine so far, but my wife would say otherwise...
Sounds like you are a bit into it yourself??... Cheers,
