I'm tempted to leave Africa out of this discussion simply because they have been murdering each other for 100s of years. Since the colonialists moved out, black guys have been murdering and stealing governments and and and shitting all over each other. Simple Darwinianism will settle which black fella is standing at the end of that game.
On terrorrism I think all fanatics have the "God-given" right to kill anyone not of their faith. This round of suicide bombers seem to be intent on killing everyone they can, muslim, christian and left-right-outs. Any fanatic is a dangerous animal. Hundreds of years ago it was fundamentalist Christians, now it's muslims. Next it will be bloody Honda riders trying to make all Bus Riders see their way of life - slow but good handling! Just another bunch of fanatics!
