Swimming etc wasn't really getting the spot.
What has worked for me on the lower back is getting a noodle and holding facing forward on stomach and then slowly scizzoring/kicking feet, same on back.
So far I'm moving forward for the first time in 2 months... Still hate sitting though, not worth the pain when I get up say 30 mins later so I just avoid it entirely! Cheers,
