Yes, but it is one thing to hang it all on countrymen, but for a foreigner to say anything out of line...
Did anyone else see that episode of Pizza where, stranded on a desert island and needing to be rescued, he just used rocks to write "USA sucks" (or similar) on the beach, and within minutes, the spy satellite picks it out, and a nuclear sub is dispatched to deal with the offender....
