You won't believe it but a bloke decided to give a friend of mine a lift home one night, after droping her off he took off down the road, at the time the council was up grading the road, he sued the council and the contractors building the road and WON as the road had no warning signs, his bike was a write off and he had no insurance, Oh and his bike was a BUSA as well. he recieved a new bike plus damages and from what I am told a rather large amount, and this all happened last year.
