With the end of Daylight savings, some of you may have your time incorrect.
The displayed time has to do with your personal settings - allowing those in different states to have their local time showing, and all posts times shown relative to that.

There is a block for your time zone.  (click picture for larger view)

Ensure that you have the correct time zone selected (e.g. +10hrs for eastern states, +8 for WA, etc), and that the Daylight Savings is unchecked.  In Spring, then, for the states that require it, you just put a tick in the Daylight Savings box, rather than changing your time zone.
