Mike and I did the Putty Rd. ride today and had the misfortune of coming across a really bad head on bike on bike prang on the way home.
A couple of young guys were at the Half way house when we arrived and left about 10 minutes before us to head north.
A guy with them was telling them to take it easy once they got to the 16K of twisty roads sign. It appears that one of them came to grief on the same corner where Driller came off on the way to Jindy.
He appears to have hit an oncoming bike and the results were very bad.
There was a Ulysses group already on the scene and they usherred us past the prang and kept us moving.
It was real bad and boy did we take a minute to think about the situation.
