Not into bling, just modest HP

I predict 180hp before and 200hp after.

Be careful with the brock ultralite mod(billet hub) if you road ride.If you chop the throttle coming into a corner you can lock the rear wheel as you no longer have the slipper clutch working.A drag only mod,you can road ride alot better with the slipper clutch in place.Don,t ask me how i know, busas don,t make very good motards.

Bold prediction Ray, very bold!

I read somewhere if you cut the yellow/grey wire going to the ecu then ground it, you,ll pick up 10hp.

Just a rough estimate Leonard.
From all the posts I've seen on different sites it appears that a stock k8 is around 178 to 182hp and a good 4into1 adds about 15hp.
I can't see the airbox mod and stacks adding much and PCIII is only an aid in fueling isn't it?
Any more than a few extra ponies and wasted money for the road I reckon.
Looks like Dave has the strip in mind though.

I reckon a climb of 20hp overall is gonna be pretty close.

On the K5's, does the airbox have 2 longer middle tubes & the outer 2 tubes shorter as standard? Trying to work out what mods my bike has & hasn't had done so I know what I can do to it.

Unless its regularly over 10000 revs mixed stacks are better. If you drag it its all depends on the combination.
