No doubt it will be at the auction by now. The All-Trans cocksucker that smacked me, no doubt still off his face on uppers from a night of driving, reckoned he didn't see me, thank goodness needle dick saw the red light that I was stopped at cause another 5 or 10 kph and it probably would have been good night. Even though I was punch about 5 meters from where I had stopped, I managed to keep the old girl and me upright. Sadley though, the impact created a lot of hidden nasties. Both cans, headers, sub frame, rear cowl, lower fairing and tail light copped it. There was a question mark on the rear rim where the BB on truck(B double mind you)impacted it. Apparently when they were accessing it, the tyre kept loosing pressure which could have possibly meant a cracked rim. Needless to say...a write-off. Not having alot of joy with orange Busa's!

Sorry to hear about that mate. Even though it is probably covered by insurance, it is always sad to see a bike that you love go to the scrap heap.

That's bloody awful!! Well done on keeping upright!

Grrrr truck drivers! I feel it, I had another 20% grey hairs added the other morning sitting at lights turning right. All of a sudden some truck wanting to turn left into the lanes beside me swung a little too wide. I looked over in time to see his eyes widen and he slammed on the brakes..... Dude!
Me well I shat meself and added to the grey hair collection. Cos he didn't see car he went lazy around the corner. Till he saw lil ol me. (After scare) me shaking head at him.
f***, fuckity, f***, f***, f***!!!

Talk about bad luck! Glad to hear you're ok.

Pity the "Please Drive Safely" sign strapped to the bullbar wasn't a bit lower, it might have cushioned the impact.

No - not in this case. I was in perfect position at the lights. It's not the nicests of 4 way intersection with no cement barriers - lazy driving equals trouble there.

(I drive a big truck with lights & sirens & people still don't see me then)

He can't see my nice white bike???

That sucks dude, good your ok tho. Was that an RTA person standing between bike & truck? I used to do what he does for the RTA.

Now I know this may start some arguments & I'm not defending the cowboys in the industry, but not all truckies are loons, idiots or drugged up. I drive a semi & a fire truck, my neighbour drives a b-double & rides also (a blackbird, ecck) but can't understand why he wouldn't have seen you.

K9 on the cards now?
