HMMMM.
Yes takeaway was an option but we hit a pub for din dins and then relaxed with a flagon of red with a spirited bike ride in between.
D had to make do with cotton sheets I'm afraid cheeky.
We only save the satin stuff for yu and hubs.

LOL... you mean you were holding out on the satin????? Lol2Thanks for hosting us Busgo, have recommended your place for a 5 star rating! Mind you, I'll have some explaining to do to Jen's mum now as we're planning a little bike ride through Europe! LOL!! Only if the seat and hand grips are heated.... Roll and that's in summer!

Well. We made it back, albiet exhausted... but very happy! What a great trip. We copped a rock in the windscreen with only a few hours to go which was our only mishap... oh apart from the speeding ticket Ghastly

We're now planning our next trip - on bikes! Biker Jenny's finally clicked onto what all the fuss is about (thanks Busgo Clap) and is going to get her license too :) The roads may never be the same again! Wm

Well I'm glad that the trip ended with no major dramas.
It was a pleasure to introduce Jen to the thrill of big bikes. The first roundabout was a bit wonky but after that I felt like I was riding solo.
As it should be with a good pillion.Biker
Glad you enjoyed the stopover D.Welcome

I'm not to comfortable riding with a pillion, but the Damsel was a really good passenger. Yes
Didn't have a long ride, prolly only 60 kms.
Coming back down beach road was a challenge with wind. Nice views for my pillions ride though! Very Happy
We were also lucky to dodge a down pour of rain, that started just as we got back to St Kilda and sat down for a coffee. Coffee2

Too true cheeky.
Sometimes the world needs a relief valve.
The Damsel thread certainly entertained one way or the other.
