The Passing of Mark S
#1
This message is written with a very sad heart. I am the wife of Mark S and it is with regret that I have to post this message.

On Sunday morning on his way to work to show the boys his new love "the hayabusa" Mark was tragically killed when a motor vehicle ended up on his side of the road. I know he was relatively new to this forum but I do know that he was so looking forward to going on a few runs with some of you lovely people.

If anyone is interested in attending the funeral please do not hesitate to contact me on my mobile: 0413 308 104.

Thank you in advance for you kind words.

Mrs Mark S (Fifi)

Fifi,

My condolances to you and your family. What a tragedy.

I participated in some of Mark's threads and his enthusiasm was infectious, no doubt he will be missed by his "traditional" friends and also by us on the forum.

Dear Fifi,

Sincerest condolences to you and your family at this sad time. Unfortunately, I didn't know Mark personally...but I do know that if this cruel act of fate had not happened...myself and many, many others here at AHC would have shared lots of memorable moments with him.

Please take comfort in the knowledge that everyone here at the Australian Hayabusa Club shares your pain and grief, for we have lost a valuable and irreplacable member of this great club.

If there is anything at all we can do for you and your family, now or at any time in the future, please send me a PM.

Rest In Peace Mark

Mark was a member here for too short of time. I wasn't so lucky to have met Mark in person, but we had exchanged PM's.

From reading his intro, his posts and PM's he seemed like a great guy that had an awesome love for his family and of bikes.

This is such a tragedy and my condolences to his family and friends.

Fi I am so sorry, you poor bugger. I know it isn't much, but he was doing what he loved, try to hang on to that. He wasn't here long, but he was part of the club. We will miss him.

Maybe post up some funeral details, if they are able I'm sure members of the club will attend.

My thoughts are with you.

Fifi tells me that Mark was living his dream when he purchased his Busa and had a grin from ear to ear when he picked it up.

Fifi also apolgised for not posting the funeral details as she didn't think to, so with Fifi's permission, below are the funeral details to farewell Mark_S, if any club members would like to attend.
