This is a General Call to Arms, for a Tri State Street Bike Shootout.
WSID Wednesday 1st Feb.
Time for a big turn out. QLD and WA have their 1st chance to piss on the Blues strawberries.
Also I'm working on WSID to get the same deal as Willowbank, with the early start.
Quit Motorplex Sunday 5th Feb.
- 90 Bikes Pre-Paid, with more 9 second performers than you can shake a big stick at.
Rev-It Finance will put these events on every 2nd month if the demand is there.
Willowbank Test and Tune Saturday 11th Feb.
Bonus 1 hour "Bike only" early start for bikes is on offer, if we can convince Sue, at Willowbank, that we've got 40+ that will show up 1 hour early.
Note that we have opted for the test and tune on Sue's advice. I agree with her that the Street Series elimination format is for more experianced racers. It would be detrimental to what we are trying to achieve, if newbies were to get an early elimination.
Sue was very positive after reading the Mag. If you Queenslanders show up en masse, you will have a very strong ally.
Attend one of these events and you will find an extra form with your entry. This is to make life easier for me to sort out the "Braggin' Board".
Please Print your name etc. and make sure to state your bikes model designation. e.g. Suzuki1000 could mean any thing, whereas TLR1000 or GSXR1000 means something difinative. you will have an oppertunity to name your sponsor or favourite Bike Shop. Also any Mods you think are relevant.
WARNING all tracks are very nervous about promoting Sub 10.5's to Non ANDRA licenced. Some tracks have zero tolerance, others a little more latitude. Either ways you have been warned. If you are regularly in the 10's - it's time to get serious and chase the nine. Get your Licence now!!!!!!!!
You will only appear once on the Braggin Board, unlicenced sub 10.5
As a Result the Braggin' Board will now have 4 sections.
ANDRA Licenced
Non ANDRA licenced 10.5 cut off.
Under 10.5 congratulations or poor bastard - depending on your view point - Honoury mention once, but Licence time all the same.
Wheelie Bar. (Willowbank and WSID allow dick splints) - Use a Bar on only one pass - you will allways be in the Wheelie bar section. Get caught using a Bar and not declaring it - you will be black banned.
