Mrs Gabo here. You could do what I did and name him/her after the other half. My dogs name was Gunna. The next one will be Doin! (the next dog that is). Just a thought anyways.

Isn't hydrotherapy amazing! I work as a physiotherapy assistant and nurse in Newcastle and we do LOTS of hydrotherapy and the results we get from hydro are astounding. Keep up the swimming and the back will only get better and better. Good Luck

Swimming etc wasn't really getting the spot.
What has worked for me on the lower back is getting a noodle and holding facing forward on stomach and then slowly scizzoring/kicking feet, same on back.
So far I'm moving forward for the first time in 2 months... Still hate sitting though, not worth the pain when I get up say 30 mins later so I just avoid it entirely! Cheers,

Sorry to hijack a bit, but very big thanx to Mark and Linda for sending the jacket up for Angela. She wore it today while we were buzzing around and I feel a lot better with her wearing something a bit stronger than cotton t-shirts. She does feel the cold a bit but was warm as toast. For those of you who don't know, Angela was cold and underprotected at Nymboida, and Linda took pity on her and sent her a spare jacket for a loan until we can get her some leather.

PS - I like the name coda DJ - sounds tough.
