OVA-300 answers to a question

I have just purchased a personalised rego plate for the busa. OVA-300 & am seeking suggestions for the answer to the obvious question, What's it
stand for? IE it's the approx cost of my last speeding fine. or maybe
if it's an officer of the law. it's the number of days before you make
commissioner(suck-suck). anyone have any others??
