An acquaintance of our family was killed on the Benaraby road at 1:30am on Saturday morning.
He was a passenger in a ute that left the road and hit a tree before being incinerated.

Quite a shock for the family but not a real surprise, he lived very dangerously.
It is assumed by the police that he was the passenger because dental records are required to determine which occupant was driving.

I hope that this post doesn't hit too close to home for any of our Central QLD members.

Benaraby, Palmyra, Townsville and i'm told that one of the other 1/8 mile either winton or charters towers has converted there 1/8 to 1/4 including a new cement launch area so that makes 4 within about a 500k radius
