Hi,
Does anyone have the phone number for BGW?
I have an issue and do not wish to email them. Its not acceptable to me that you cant talk to someone about there items.
They don't have a direct phone line...the reason they don't is to limit their overheads (by not paying someone to man the phones) and they can keep the prices a bit lower. This may not help much, but you'll probably have to do the online thing.
Went on there website and for the love of money i couldnt find a number ???
i am having a problem with them atm.two emails sent three weeks apart and still no reply.product has been paid for.its dissapointing as i have bought alot through them and never had an issue untill now

Really? I'm very surprised to hear that. I've bought a heap of gear off them (was there yesterday, in fact) and never had any problems at all.
Try contacting this guy: Geoffrey@bikegearwarehouse.com.au
He has helped me out before and was extremely friendly, prompt and professional about it.

I decided never to use BGW after getting screwed around on a prior order. Bought a Yoshi exhaust, waited 9 weeks like they said it would be and it was a no show. Finaly I got an email back saying it should make Friday's delivery. I waited until thursday the following week and still nothing. It took another two weeks to be told "we have cancelled the order and re-ordered it again "it will now be a 9 week wait" WTF? just been through that already.
I got my money back!!!
In the end I bought the same exhaust from the U.S. for $380 less and had it in 10 days.

Yeah, you can't beat overseas prices for Yoshi systems. I got mine off eBay for about half of what I would've paid here. But BGW is really good for other stuff, especially if you live in Sydney, because it's an easy trip out to Narellan.
