I was speaking to a bloke at work on Friday and the subject turned to what vehicle do you have. I told him I have ute to go to work in and that my fun is had on a Hayabusa. He seemed impressed and said is it the GT250 or 650. I had to think for a second, no not a Hyosung, a Suzuki GSXR 1300.

^^ Lol.
My mother was asking me what kind of bike I have.
Me: "A Hayabusa."
Her: "And which country is it made in?"
Me: "Uhhh...
Japan?!?!?!"
Her: "Well,
I didn't know that! - 'Hayabusa" doesn't
sound Japanese!"
Me: "
Hayabusa doesn't sound Japanese? WTF?"
Her: "No, it doesn't."
Me: *Sigh*
FYI, she doesn't speak a word of any language other than English.
"casting dispersions on others credability." And their illiteracy.
How do you get confused by "busa" and "sung"???
Maybe...hayabusung?

yeah I dont know, another bloke was talking about his new/second hand Magna he just bought. He reckons it is pretty quick and has got about 150kw. I said my bikes nearly got that at the rear wheel, not quite but pretty close.

A mate bought a Civic Type R and thought that was fast. I said my bike had the same power (within a couple of kW) but only a couple of hundred kgs.
