oil change

hey guys about to change the oil/filter on my busa,whats a good qualty oil thats good to use/or well know,cheers

R u commuting? Trackdays? Back roads fast runs?Anything is good. I have never seen any oil look bad unless not changed for ages, like 20k kms.I used 15w50 for my long trip and it looked great after 6600 kms.silkolene 10w40 full synthetic is what I will use as a choice. Now as I had 5w40 full synthetic racing castrol I have used it.at 12k it will be silkolene from super cheap.

i run a motul full syn in mine and the oil at every oil change is still pretty clean
