Help needed with Power Commander big f*** up

I just got around to changing the Power Commander 2 in my 1999 for the new Power Commander 3 USB I just bought and the plugs/sockets are totally different! WTF! Any idea whats happened, and, more importantly, how do I fix it? What a f*****g mess! Seemed so easy too! Should have known better.

You're right Pan the model for 1999 is 304 411. But if you look at the sticker on 304 410 it says that it's for model 411? I've sent the pictures off to PC. Has my bike got a different computer somewhere along the way perhaps?

Next option is to check ECU?

The old PC plugs into the ecu , the newer PC3 plugs into the harness that comes off the throttle bodies i think .
