Hi all, a mate of mine came down pretty heavy on the Oxley on Sunday. Does anyone know of anybody that may have a front rim for sale for an 06 cbr1000. He is talking about sending his off to be straightened but I have just about convinced him to bin it. Thanks Guys and Girls. Paul.

I know one of the bigger mobs down here that repair bike wheels .. and lets just say .. I wouldn't get mine done.

i have a cbr rim but i think from an earlier model, 16" if its any good

Don't think many wheel guys straighten alloy rims now , lightly dented can fix ok but regulations have changed in receint yrs

Yeh thanks anyway but the 16 won't fit. It was some race team that straightens frames that was going to repair the rim. This fella rides pretty hard and I think I have convinced him to buy a good used rim. Apparently an 05/06 600 rim will also fit. Thanks again, Paul.
