Hi guys.My first post i think.Is it difficult to remove the clocks guys?Please help

Not difficult. Just follow the instructions form page 624 of the 2008-2010 Workshop Manual if it is Gen 2 or page 396 of the 1999-2003 Workshop Manual if it is Gen 1. If you do not have it you can download it from this site somwhere in Downloads section I think.
