it's all about numbers mate...

you send out 1000 emails a day (yes it is possible) and get successful form .01% thats a success every 10 days. That gets you about $1000 from memory (that's what was needed to "release" the funds to my bank) per successful scam. While not much by our standards ($100/day) it is probably a fprtune for them... and what happens if you get higher than the 0.01% rate?

My question to him would be why not use some of the money to get a proper operation in a proper hospital?....hope he's OK!.....lol
